INSTALLATION OF FONTER CT STAINLESS STEEL PIPING

SELECTING MOUNTING METHODS DEPENDING ON THE ENVIRONMENT
FONTER CT stainless steel piping shall be installed according to the design specifications of the construction base, structure, seismic resistance and load of the National Standard, as well as other rules such as the safety management of pressure piping and installation of mechanical equipment.

WALL MOUNTIN:Pipe installed with saddle clamps, anchored directly to the wall.To be located as close as possible to the coupling (maximum 20 cm).
CEILING MOUNTIN:Pipe installed with saddle clamps, held by a threaded stud anchored to the metal framework by appropriate clips.
SUPPORTER MOUNTIN:Pipe installed with U-bolts, fixed to a metal supporter to install the network, avoiding obstacles.
BASIC NETWORK INSTALLATION RULES
  1. The main pipe network should preferably form a loop
  2. The swan neck pipe can prevent the fluid water or oil from flowing into the supply terminal of compressed air.
  3. The main pipe must be fixed at a slight incline in order to drain condensates to low points (bleeds).
  4. Isolation valves should be fitted to enable sections to be isolated for maintenance.
CONNECTING PIPE

Adopt beading tool to process the pipe end to form collar, sealing the pipe with rubber seal ring between convex ring and pipe fitting, and then fasten with nut. For other connections, non-hardening TEFLON connection thread to use sealant shall be adopted. All connections of FONTER CT stainless steel piping can be disassembled repeatedly, the seal ring and non-drying sealant can be lubricant resistant, endurable and stable.

COMMISSIONING AND ACCEPTANCE:After the installation, the leakage check with pressure shall be carried out following purging and pressure test to eliminate potential hazards, the pipe shall be accepted as per design requirements.

INSTALLATION OF FONTER PVR COMPRESSED AIR PIPING

SELECTING MOUNTING METHODS DEPENDING ON THE ENVIRONMENT
FONTER PVR compressed air piping shall be installed according to the design specifications of the construction base, structure, seismic resistance and load of the National Standard, as well as other rules such as the safety management of pressure piping and installation of mechanical equipment.

  4. Isolation valves should be fitted to enable sections to be isolated for maintenance.

CONNECTING PIPE

The Brookfield viscosity of the special solvent cement for FONTER PVR shall be greater than 1200cps. The bursting strength after 2 hours is 28 bar and the shear strength after 72 hours is 63 bar. When the indoor temperature is higher than 16°C,the pipe with the diameter equal to or smaller than 40mm can be moved 3 minutes after joining and the pressure can be increase to 8 bar after 60 minutes. And some threaded joints shall be sealed with TEFLON adhesive tape. Therefore, the whole process is very simple. It is also very convenient for future's maintenance and the increase or decrease of terminals.

COMMISSIONING AND ACCEPTANCE:

After the installation, the leakage check with pressure shall be carried out following purging and pressure test to eliminate potential hazards, the pipe shall be accepted as per design requirements.
